PARCO is seeking applications for the position of Management Executive – Company Secretariat.
Qualification:
Candidates must possess minimum 16 years of education/ degree (preferably in commerce/ law, chartered secretary/ business administration) from HEC accredited institution, and excellent analytical, interpersonal and communication skills.
Experience:
This pivotal role is essential for ensuring regulatory compliance and supporting the multifaceted activities of our Company Secretariat Office, requiring candidates with up to 8 years of professional experience preferably in managing Board of Directors' meetings and liaising with the SECP on related matters.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare and follow up on agendas and working papers for Board and Committee meetings.
- Liaise with regulatory bodies, specifically the SECP, on matters concerning the group.
- Develop and finalize budgets, along with 5 and 10-year future projections for PARCO Group.
- Maintain Agreement Registers to ensure all contracts are up to date.
- Oversee the circulation of Internal Executive Communications (IECs).
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and uphold high standards of governance.
- Protect the company's interests by ensuring the effectiveness and accuracy of all documentation.
