PARCO is seeking applications for the position of Assistant Manager - Customer Services for its 100% owned subsidiary PARCO Pearl Gas (Pvt) Ltd. PPGL is the largest LPG marketing company in Pakistan having countrywide presence.
Qualification & Experience:
Bachelor’s Degree preferably in Marketing with up to 8 years of experience in all areas of customer relationship management, preferably in the Oil & Gas or related industry. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring customer satisfaction and driving business growth through exceptional service delivery and relationship management.
Responsibilities:
- Ensure customers satisfaction
- Ensure to achieve planned volumes by retaining and providing quality services to existing and new customers
- Ensure supplies are made efficiently to assigned customers as per Credit Policy
- Develop strong liaison with support functions to fulfil customer’s business needs
- Plan supplies to avoid Run Out at all customer sites
- Follow and ensure implementation of company Policies & Procedures
- Prepare Monthly Supply Schedule for cost effective supplies
- Timely order generation through ERP and follow-up for payments & timely supplies subsequently
- Ensure that customer gets Invoices and Company gets Payments to reconcile account each month
- Communicate with customers (verbal/written) to ensure repeat sales & efficient utilization of asset
- Being back-office support, act as an owner for entire order-to-cash process
- Diligently Register/Log customer’s complaints in Complaint Management Module for resolution through support functions
- Respond to customers’ communication in a timely manner
- Ensure to raise necessary paperwork which is required as per procedures to avoid audit objections
- Provide timely feedback to sales team and management about market changes & competitors moves
- Perform jobs assigned by management from time to time
