Job Summary:
The Corporate Sales Associate plays a crucial role in supporting the efficient and effective execution of corporate sales activities. This role requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with strong analytical and communication skills. The Associate will be responsible for providing administrative and operational support to the corporate sales team, ensuring smooth order processing, customer relationship management, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
Order Management:
- Process customer orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely order fulfillment and delivery.
- Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
- Track order status and resolve any order-related issues promptly.
- Generate and maintain accurate order records and reports.
Customer Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with corporate clients.
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing client inquiries and resolving issues effectively.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.
Sales Support:
- Prepare sales reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support sales strategies.
- Assist in the development and implementation of sales promotions and campaigns.
- Maintain accurate customer data in the CRM system.
Administrative Support:
- Manage sales-related documentation, including contracts, invoices, and other relevant paperwork.
- Coordinate travel arrangements and meeting schedules for the sales team.
- Provide general administrative support to the sales department as needed.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1-2 years of experience in sales operations, customer service, or a related field.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Detail-oriented with a high degree of accuracy.

- Knowledge of SAP or any ERP system is an additional advantage.
