Job Summary:
The technical sales engineer will be responsible for driving sales of HVAC equipment's and solutions within the oil and gas sectors, this role requires a deep understanding of HVAC systems, excellent sales skills and the ability to build relationships with clients & stakeholders.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities within oil & gas sector.
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new opportunities
- Develop and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders
- Conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients
- Understand sector & client needs and recommend suitable solution
- Prepare and deliver sales technical & financial proposals, quotes & contracts.
- Collaborate with engineering and technical teams to ensure clients requirements are met.
- Provide technical support and expertise to clients before and after sales.
- Achieve sales targets and objectives.
- Understand and comply with the specific requirements and specifications of Oil & gas sector.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical engineering or a related field.
- Experience: minimum 5 years of experience in technical sales, preferable within the oil & gas sector.
Skills:
- Technical expertise in HVAC equipments & applications
- in-depth knowledge of the special requirements and specifications of the oil & gas sector projects.
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
