Key Responsibilities
- Interview Scheduling: Manage and coordinate interview schedules for candidates and hiring managers, ensuring efficient timing and minimizing conflicts.
- Communication & Coordination: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates and interviewers, ensuring clear communication about interview logistics, formats, and expectations.
- Interview Logistics: Organize interview rooms (in-person) or virtual meeting links (for remote interviews), ensuring all technical aspects and resources are prepared.
- Candidate Support: Provide candidates with necessary information about the interview process, the role, and the organization. Answer any inquiries to ensure a smooth process.
- Tracking & Reporting: Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of all interviews, tracking the status of candidates and updating the recruitment system.
- Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from interviewers and provide it to the relevant teams for evaluation and next steps.
- Collaboration: Work closely with recruitment consultants, hiring managers, and HR teams to align on recruitment schedules and ensure timely coordination.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a professional, positive, and seamless experience for all candidates, enhancing Oxford International’s reputation as an employer of choice.
Experience
Required Qualifications:
Minimum of 1 -2 years of experience in a recruitment coordination, HR, or administrative role, preferably within a recruitment agency or international environment.
Skills
- Exceptional organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with both candidates and internal teams.
- High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or a related field (preferred, but not required).
Desirable Skills
- Experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, particularly in the international recruitment or foreign talent sectors.
- Familiarity with remote interview platforms such as Zoom, Microsoft Teams, or Skype.
