Ticketing Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing flight bookings, coordinating with airlines, assisting candidates with travel inquiries, and ensuring accurate ticket issuance.

Key Responsibilities
- Ticket Booking and Coordination: Manage and book flight tickets for candidates ensuring that all bookings align with recruitment timelines.
- Visa and Travel Documentation: Ensure that all travel documentation, including visas, passports, and work permits, are in order and comply with country-specific regulations.
- Communication with Candidates: Serve as the main point of contact for candidates regarding travel itineraries, flight schedules, and any travel-related issues or inquiries.
- Travel Arrangements: Coordinate additional travel services as required, such as airport transfers, accommodations, and transportation to ensure a seamless journey for recruits.
- Travel Policy Compliance: Ensure all travel arrangements adhere to Oxford International's travel policies and procedures, managing costs and providing cost-effective options whenever possible.
- Reporting and Tracking: Maintain accurate records of ticket bookings, travel itineraries,. Prepare and present reports related to travel arrangements to management and finance teams.
- Problem Resolution: Address and resolve any travel-related issues or delays, providing support to candidates as needed and ensuring minimal disruption to their recruitment process.
- Collaboration: Work closely with the recruitment team, operations staff, and external travel agencies to ensure timely and efficient travel arrangements for all candidates.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration or Business Studies.
- Strong communication skills (both written and spoken).
- Knowledge of ticketing systems.
- Attention to detail and excellent customer service skills.
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a Ticketing Department, preferably within a recruitment agency or international environment
