The
Secretary to the BOD will provide comprehensive administrative and secretarial support to the Directors, ensuring smooth daily operations and effective communication within the organization. This role requires excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines. The ideal candidate will be a proactive, resourceful individual who is comfortable handling confidential information and interacting with senior leadership.

Required Qualifications
- Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in an administrative or secretarial role, preferably supporting senior management or directors. Experience in recruitment or HR-related activities is an advantage.
- Skills:
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and handle multiple assignments simultaneously.
- Professional demeanor, with the ability to interact effectively with internal and external stakeholders.
- Strong initiative and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Business Studies, or a related field (preferred but not required).
Desirable Skills
- Previous experience supporting senior leadership, particularly in recruitment or international operations.
- Familiarity with GCC country-specific recruitment processes or visa regulations.
- Fluency in English and Nepali; knowledge of Arabic is a plus.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive matters with tact.
