The Role
You Will Be Responsible For
- Provide Technical Support for Hardware, Software and Networks
- Troubleshoot and Maintain POS Systems
- Monitor System Performance and Ensure Data Security
- Advising on IT risk findings and providing recommendations on IT control measures.
Ideal Profile
- Bachelor's Degree in IT or Related Field
- Must have proven knowledge and Experience in IT Support Management Field—Preferably in Hotel Industry.
- Must possess Strong Leadership, Problem Solving, and Analytical Skills.
