A government Entity is looking for a Digital Transformation Consultant.
Job Purpose:
To guide organizations through digital transformation processes, implementing strategies that leverage emerging technologies to drive business growth and improvement.
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Lead and deliver digital transformation projects.
- Develop and implement digital transformation strategies in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Provide expert guidance on selecting and implementing digital technologies.
- Organize workshops and training sessions to improve digital literacy and manage organizational change.
- Evaluate progress and impact of digital transformation initiatives and recommend necessary adjustments.
- Advise senior management on digital innovation and industry-specific trends.
- Stay up-to-date with new digital technologies, such as AI, cloud computing, and automation.
Job Qualification and Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT, business administration, or digital marketing.
- 5-7 years of experience in digital transformation, business consulting, or IT project management.
- Proven success in delivering complex digital projects.
- Strong understanding of cloud computing, data analytics, and emerging digital technologies.
- Excellent problem-solving, communication, and presentation skills.
- Experience in change management and organizational development.
- Full-time position, with preference for Saudi applicants.
