Job Purpose
Support the Finance Manager - ME with day-to-day accounting and administrative functions of Saudi Arabia Subsidiaries. Responsible for daily admin functions, sales and receivables, purchases and payables, Government PR services, debt chasing support, accounting monthly and yearly closings support. Support on Saudi offices general management.
Key Responsibilities
ACCOUNTING
- Raise invoice based on signed contract, agreement, or statement of work.
- Send Invoices all clients in a timely manner
- Upload Invoices into Clients Portals
- To ensure timely collection of sales invoices and support debt chasing
- Reconciliation of monthly sales revenue during month end closing
- Monitor monthly staff payroll and staff expense reports are processed through payroll provider.
- Manage daily bank reconciliations in NetSuite, manage banks statements, and update daily bank and cash reporting
- Communicate with banks on transfer of funds, bank guarantees, WPS and other administrative matters.
- Raise PO for Associates and Suppliers.
- Monitor and make timely payments to Company suppliers
- Ensure all invoices, receipts and payments are entered into NetSuite accounting system.
- Maintaining Accounts in Arabic
- Keep the Audit File with all documents ready for yearly audit.
ADMINISTRATIVE
- Liaison with Corporate Service Provider to ensure compliance on GOSI, MUDAD and QIWA Portals
- To liaise with Insurance Agent and ensuring Medical and Other Business Insurances
- Keep the employee Emergency/Passport/Iqama and ERE files upto date
- Prompt delivery or pick-up of all legal documents, contracts, invoices from Clients Office Government Departments and Banks
- Organize all physical arrangements relating to the Office, Building Management Team/Office, Landlords, Suppliers and Contractors
- Filing and Records keeping of all accounting records
- To answer to Labour and other Government Inspection Calls
- Upkeep of office supplies and general management

Qualifications & Experience
- Minimum 3 to 5 years similar accounting and admin experience.
- Experience on ERP Accounting System and O365
- Knowledge of Saudi Accounting System (SOCPA)
- Excellent Knowledge of Excel and Modern Accounting Tools
- Degree or part accounting professional.
- Mature and meticulous.
- Strong interpersonal skills and work grow with challenges.
- Teamwork.
- Excellent IT awareness, experience, confidence and competence
- Able to work remotely and in office (hybrid working style) and flexible.
- Must be Arabic native first language with proficiency in written and spoken English
