Job Title: Category Marketing Manager (Beverage) Location: Dubai
Core Purpose of the Job:
Lead the development and growth of the designated beverage category and projects in the UAE and in the GCC region, which includes both existing and new product development. Establish the strategic vision and lead the organization to realize the five-year plan through annual marketing planning and achieving the company’s overall goals and objectives. Identify attractive new market segment opportunities, maintain a strong innovation pipeline, and develop a high-performance team.
Academic/Professional Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree with a marketing specialization.
Professional Experience:
- Overall, 15 years of marketing and/or brand management experience with a reputable FMCG company in the Middle East (Essential).
- 8 years of managerial experience in Marketing and/or Brand Management (Essential).
- Proven track record of delivering results in a competitive environment (Essential).
- Proven track record in building brands and launching new products (Essential).
- Experience with beverage projects, specifically in can lines (Essential).
- Previous experience working in the Middle East or North Africa (Essential).
- Previous experience with an international FMCG, particularly within the Food/Beverage sector (Desirable).
