We are seeking Nationals for Manager (Section Head) - Customer Experience for RTA Dubai—a dynamic role that integrates customer-centric strategies with expertise in Data Analytics and AI tools. In this position, you will leverage data-driven insights to enhance customer experiences, personalize interactions, and optimize service delivery.
- Customer Experience Management & Journey Mapping: Proficiency in mapping customer journeys, improving touchpoints, and understanding end-to-end customer interactions.
- Driving Improvements: Strong analytical skills to translate feedback into actionable strategies aligned with market trends and customer needs.
- Innovation: Familiarity with various CRM systems to boost customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Qualification
Experience in leading a team in Customer Experience & having 8+ direct reportees for atleast 3 years
Bachelors degree in Business Administration or equivalent
