Overview
The Brand Marketing role is critical in shaping and promoting the identity of our products and services within the market. This position is responsible for devising and executing marketing strategies that enhance brand visibility, engage target audiences, and drive customer loyalty. By leveraging a deep understanding of consumer behavior and market trends, the Brand Marketer will work to create compelling messaging that resonates with consumers and establishes a strong brand presence across various channels. The Brand Marketing professional will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including sales, product development, and creative services, to ensure that all branding initiatives align with the overall business goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute brand marketing strategies to enhance brand positioning and awareness.
- Manage and grow the company’s presence across key social media platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, etc.).
- Plan and execute engaging social media campaigns and content calendars.
- Collaborate with the design and content teams to create high-quality, visually appealing, and impactful content (e.g., posts, videos, reels, infographics).
- Build and nurture relationships with online audiences by responding to comments, messages, and queries promptly.
- Track and measure the effectiveness of brand and social media campaigns using analytics tools.
- Provide regular reports with insights and actionable recommendations for improvement.
- Work closely with sales, product, and customer service teams to align marketing efforts with business goals.
- Assist in planning and implementing ATL/BTL activities.
- Perform all other activities related to brand marketing as instructed by the supervisor.
Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field.
- Minimum 2-4 years of experience in brand marketing or related roles.
- Proficiency in social media platforms, tools, and analytics.
- Strong content creation and copywriting skills.
- Creative mindset with the ability to think outside the box.
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and project management abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in Nepali/English.
- Good computer skills with a working knowledge of office applications and knowledge of graphic design tools.
