B2B Sales Coordinator
Reports to B2B Manager
Job Purpose:
Sales Coordinator Supporting the Corporate Sales team.
Key Accountabilities:
- Maintain organized sales records.
- Creating and arranging presentations and providing supporting documents to help sales team generate business leads.
- Support management by completing orders and keeping customers informed of any delays and delivery dates.
- Attend essential sales training meetings and develop an understanding of all the company's services and products.
- Monitor and organize inventory while effectively tracking new services and products for sale.
- Contribute to overall customer satisfaction by promptly answering and handling emails and phone inquiries.
- Establish active communication and engagement with Sales Managers to ensure that orders are processed on time.
- Collaborate with B2B members in weekly meetings by creating and maintaining month-end sales reports.
- Helping the sales team to improve their productivity by contacting customers to arrange appointments and ensuring all Sales Managers have high-quality, up-to-date support material.
- Handling urgent calls, emails, and messages when Sales Representatives are unavailable, answering customer queries, informing them of delays, arranging delivery dates, and scheduling marketing events.
- Assist sales department and sales team with the department requirements, run reports for management, participate and attend sales calls, and support sales department to ensure all sales inquiries and necessary documents are completed.
- ·Compliance with all the departments’ guidelines or specifications from placing the order to final delivery and updating the client/s.
- Calculate Domestic and International rebates and accruals for orders.
- Checking the orders placed have the correct prices, discounts, and product numbers.
- Placing orders, ensuring they are processed according to customer requirements, attending sales, marketing queries, and ensuring all orders are accurate and delivered on time.
- Developing and maintaining filing systems to maintain sales records, prepare reports, and provide financial information to the finance department.
- Preparing sales kits and presentation materials of the company's products/samples to attract potential clients.
- Ensuring adherence to laws, regulations, and policies.

Experience Requirements:
- 5 years in Sales/Administration/Coordinator position
- Proficient in using MS Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel etc.)
- Proficiency in both verbal and written English Language
