Waiter
Job Responsibilities:
- Customer Service: Greet and welcome guests, take food and drink orders, and serve them promptly.
- Order Management: Ensure accurate order-taking and delivery, addressing any special customer requests.
- Menu Knowledge: Advise customers on menu items, special offers, and recommend food and beverages.
- Table Setting: Set and clean tables before and after guest seating.
- Billing: Process customer payments, issue receipts, and ensure proper cash handling.
- Cleanliness: Maintain cleanliness in the dining area, including the floor and utensils.
- Collaboration: Work closely with kitchen and bar staff to ensure efficient service.
Job Requirements:
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Basic math skills for handling payments.
- Physical stamina to carry heavy trays and stand for long hours.
Working Conditions:
