Job Accountabilities:

Achieve growth and hit sales targets by successfully managing the sales team.

Visits corporate clients in the field to sell products, follows-up on previous sales calls, courtesy visits to principals.

Oversees stock and inventory control; good order of showroom etc.; gathering of market and competitor information.
|

|
Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands company’s base and ensure its strong presence.
|

|
Conducts regular sales meeting with the Sales Executives assigned.
|

|
Objectives setting, coaching and performance monitoring of sales executives.
|

|
Supervises the functioning of the showrooms with the objective of achieving budgeted sales.
|

|
Work with internal departments such as the marketing or product teams to engage audiences and clients more efficiently.
|

|
Visits specified contractors daily to gain business and provides regular reports for discussion with the Deputy Sales Manager.
|

|
Assists in preparation of business plan and annual budget.
|

|
Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
|

|
Identify emerging markets and market shifts while being fully aware of new products and competition status.
|

|
Determine annual unit and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analysing trends and results.
|

Establish sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales.
|

|
Submits sales reports and attend regular meetings with the Deputy sales manager to update on progress.

|
Continually assess current business distributing channels and manage the conflict.
|

|
Comply and implement the local laws and client’s requirements related to QHSEMS aspects at workplace, as per the bestowed authority and responsibility.
|

|
Perform all the activities in compliance with the Company’s QHSEMS and the assigns specific responsibilities.

|
Carries out any additional tasks assigned (in line with qualifications and ability) by the line manager.

Qualifications, Education, Experience & Knowledge:
Qualifications & Education
|
Bachelor’s degree in any stream. Degree in Agriculture preferred
|
Experience
|
Minimum 7years of experience in a similar profile with 3years of experience in management level.
|
Knowledge & Skills
|
Fluent in English and Arabic.
Excellent motivational skills and multitasking abilities
Oman Driving license.
