Manage and motivate production line employees to achieve established goals,
follow safety instructions, production volume, quality, and cost.
Ensure production employees are properly oriented and trained.
Develop and implement continuous improvement within the production line
performance through regular feedback, coaching and training.
Ensure that production line employees follow company policy & safety attire .
Liaisons with third party contractors and suppliers to meet Plant equipment
and/or repair needs.
Review, analyse and make recommendations regarding safety, production line
output quality, expenses and productivity
Develop and/or implement reporting as required.
Participate in controlling the production department budget.
Maintain a high standard of professional knowledge, ethics and practices when
dealing with customers, suppliers, peers, subordinates, supervisors and other
key stakeholders of the company.
