- Develop and implement growth strategy for Akemi products in the regional market to increase customer portfolio.
- Achieving the planned yearly sales target with sales margin
- Controlling and supervising the whole supply chain: from placing orders, coordinating with head office in Germany, follow up with logistics and warehousing teams in UAE and the region, sales quotes and invoicing, credit management; Monitoring the inventory monthly.
- Willing to travel across the region and across different countries in the region for business development
- Developing and managing the social media handle of the company Qualification & Experience
- Graduate with engineering background. Good knowledge of construction chemicals such as PU, epoxy, mastics, concrete, fillers, cleaners, sealers etc
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in sales and marketing of construction/stone chemicals OR in a similar role of business development in either UAE, Bahrain, Kuwait, Jordan or Middle East market
- Strong network with Project Managers, Architects, Designers, Consultants; Well-established and demonstrated relationships with project specifiers, tendering managers, project consultants, stone consultants, etc;
- Excellent communications skills in English. Arabic will be added advantage. • Proactively engage with customers and have strong negotiation skills Remuneration
