Role Overview: Our Client is seeking a dynamic and experienced Modern Trade Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a robust background in the fragrance industry or FMCG. This role is pivotal in managing and expanding our presence in both traditional and modern trade channels within the UAE.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement strategic plans to drive sales growth in modern trade channels.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key retailers and distributors.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and threats.
Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to execute promotional activities.
Ensure effective stock management and distribution to avoid shortages.
Achieve sales targets and KPIs as set by the management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 7-8 years of experience in traditional and modern trade within the UAE.
Proven track record of success in the fragrance industry or FMCG (personal care, grooming, small electrical appliances).
Excellent contacts within the industry.
Strong analytical, negotiation, and communication skills.
UAE driving license is required.

Skills and Attributes:

Self-motivated and result oriented.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
