The Sales Executive will play a pivotal role in driving sales and achieving revenue targets for our company, which specializes in fractional ownership of real estate properties in the Dubai market. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in direct selling, insurance sales, and outbound call center experience. This role involves engaging potential clients, converting leads into sales, and providing exceptional customer service to facilitate a smooth buying process.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Qualification:
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and determining their interest in fractional ownership opportunities.
Sales Presentation:
Conduct compelling sales presentations and product demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting the benefits of fractional ownership and projected returns on investment.
Lead Conversion:
-Achieve monthly lead conversion targets by effectively persuading and negotiating with potential clients.
-Follow up with leads through calls and emails to nurture relationships and close sales.
Customer Relationship Management:
-Maintain accurate records of all interactions with potential and existing clients in the CRM system.
-Provide ongoing support and information to clients during the sales process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
Market Research and Feedback:
-Stay updated on market trends, competitor offerings, and industry developments to effectively position the company’s products.
-Gather feedback from clients to help refine sales strategies and improve offerings.
Collaboration:
-Work closely with the marketing team to align sales strategies with promotional campaigns and events.
-Collaborate with the client relationship team to ensure seamless onboarding for new clients.
Reporting:
-Prepare weekly and monthly sales reports outlining performance against targets, conversion rates, and market insights.
-Participate in sales meetings and provide input on strategy and process improvements.
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Experience: Minimum of 2-4 years of experience in direct selling, insurance sales, and outbound call center environments.
