Overview
The Admin Assistant plays a crucial role in providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the office. This role is essential for maintaining an organized and productive work environment, supporting various departments, and facilitating communication both internally and externally.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform general administrative tasks and manage correspondence.
- Handle basic banking, accounting, and financial transactions.
- Manage and distribute incoming communications, including emails, phone calls, and mail.
- Organize and schedule meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for management.
- Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports and presentations.
- Develop and maintain a filing system, ensuring all documentation is accurately filed and easily accessible.
- Order office supplies and maintain inventory levels.
- Assist in coordinating office events and meetings.
Required Qualifications
- Proficient in the MS Office suite.
- Proficiency in both English and Nepali typing.
- Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize work.
- Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and take initiative.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or office admin assistant is a plus.
- A two-wheeler and a valid license are mandatory.
