Overview
We are looking for the Associate Director of Sales for hospitality sector who plays a crucial role in the organization's sales function. This position is responsible for overseeing and driving sales initiatives, developing sales strategies, and nurturing client relationships to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Developing and executing strategic plan to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base
- Building and maintaining strong, long-lasting customer relationships
- Supervises Sales managers.
- Determines annual and gross-profit plans by implementing marketing strategies, analyzing trends and results.
- Establishes sales objectives by forecasting and developing annual sales quotas and projecting expected sales volumes and profit.
- Maintains sales volume by tracking changing trends, economic indicators, competitors and supply and demand.
- Creating reports on sales performance
- Update action plans and financial objectives.
- Identify new markets and business opportunities to increase sales.
- Attend all department meetings, hotel meetings and sales events as necessary.
- Achieving sales growth and sales targets by successfully managing the sales team
- Analyzing sales statistics/ trends
- Able to provide trainings and lead Sales team
Required Qualifications
- Proven sales experience meeting or exceeding targets
- Previous experience in a similar role in Hospitality
- Ability to communicate, present and influence all levels of the organization, including executive and management
- Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close
- Proven ability to articulate the distinct aspects of products and services
- Demonstrable experience as head of sales, developing client-focused, differentiated and achievable solutions
- Excellent listening, negotiation and presentation skills
- Excellent verbal and written communications skills
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
