Job Description
Position Brief:
The successful candidate will be responsible for the management of the project management business in Nepal. You will be have profit centre responsibility in managing & leading Projects for Nepal – aimed at growth of top-line and bottom-line profitability of Project Management for Nepal.
Key Skill Sets Required
The candidate should have excellent analytical, strategic, leadership, communications, and writing skills. The ideal candidate will be a highly skilled operator and will be comfortable executing projects as well as with business development.
Responsibilities – Key Result Areas:
- Profit Centre responsibility for the Service line – aimed at growth of top-line and bottom-line profitability of Project Management services
- Provide leadership and implement strategic initiatives to differentiate our Project Management
- Build a local Project Management team that can deliver best in class services for our clients.
- Undertake leadership role in cross service line initiatives being implemented at the office/regional level.
- Will be responsible for leading the initiative to receive positive client feedback on our services rendered
Qualifications
Expected Skills Sets & Experience:
- Qualified Civil Engineer/ Architect with more than 20 years of experience
- Core domain knowledge (Project Management) and minimum domain experience of 6+ years
- Financial knowledge and General Management skills involving experience for leading strategic initiatives.
- Ability and skills to do Business Development and network.
- Ability and skills to formulate and implement internal processes and policies that directly and positively impact quality of delivery and expertise of team as a whole
- Leadership Skills
