Job Purpose
The incumbent in this job role will be responsible for setting up the leadership and management development agenda, in line with the overall Learning & Development Operating plan, and design and drive interventions in line with the same across RIL Hydrocarbons and allied businesses.
Job Accountabilities
- Decide on the short and medium term plan for leadership and management development domain, using scientific methods for learning need analysis at employee and organizational level
- Articulate the comprehensive development landscape and the annual development plan
- Ensure design, development and delivery of interventions using contemporary methodologies with focus on learner experience, efficiency and effectiveness
- Guide and develop team members towards executing the agenda in partnership with HR teams across the organization
- Decide on multi-level outcome measures, programme specific and overall, and report to stakeholder in a structured manner
- Partner with reputed external agencies for design and delivery as needed
- Facilitate intervention / sessions on key topics
- Work closely with talent management team for developing high calibre talent across the organization
