Job Description
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Project Manager with 7-8 years of advertising agency experience, to join our fast-paced and innovative team. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for driving the execution of high-impact creative and marketing campaigns that align with our brand’s vision and business goals. This role requires strategic thinking, meticulous attention to detail, and the ability to manage projects in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
Roles & Responsibilities:
1. Lead the end-to-end management of integrated marketing campaigns, ensuring they are delivered on time and within scope.
2. Collaborate closely with Creative, Copywriting, Digital, and Account teams to translate strategic briefs into detailed project plans.
3. Serve as the primary point of contact for clients/ internal stakeholders, ensuring alignment on objectives/ briefs, deliverables, and timelines.
4. Monitor project progress, manage risks, and address any challenges proactively to ensure smooth execution.
5. Oversee resource allocation, brief the internal team, and ensure that project outcomes are in line with the business goals and brand strategy.
6. Maintain a high standard of quality control, ensuring that all deliverables meet both client and internal expectations.
Skills & Competency:
1. 7-8 years of project management experience in a leading advertising or creative agency (like JWT, BBDO, Leo Burnett, DDB Mudra, Ogilvy, McCann, Saatchi & Saatchi, etc)
2. MBA with strong business acumen and understanding of marketing strategy.
3. Proven experience managing large-scale, cross-functional marketing and creative projects.
4. Excellent organizational and multitasking skills, with a keen ability to manage resources and prioritize tasks.
5. Strong client relationship management skills and the ability to navigate complex stakeholder environments.
6. Adapt at working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment, with the ability to deliver high-quality work under tight deadlines.
