We are presently in the process of hiring the above vacancy for a renowned company based in Abu Dhabi.
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Customer Service Specialist to manage and provide top-tier administrative support. The ideal candidate will be proficient in Excel, possess strong communication skills, and excel in customer service, ensuring timely and accurate updates This role will require close attention to detail, multitasking abilities, and effective collaboration with both internal teams and customers.
Customer Communication:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries related to orders, deliveries, and services.
- Address customer complaints or issues professionally and promptly, ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Follow up with clients to ensure their orders are completed to their satisfaction.
Data Management & Reporting:
- Maintain and update databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
- Generate reports on status, shipment progress and customer feedback.
Logistics Coordination:
- Schedule and monitor delivery timelines and ensure any delays are communicated to customers.
Administrative Support:
- Manage and organize related files, documents, and records for easy retrieval.
- Assist the team with scheduling, coordinating shipments, and managing day-to-day administrative tasks..
Process Improvement:
- Continuously identify opportunities to improve operational efficiencies and customer satisfaction.
- Provide feedback on order and delivery processes to enhance service delivery and reduce errors.
Key Skills & Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or equivalent (Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or related field preferred).
- 2+ years of experience in administrative support, preferably in a logistics or supply chain environment.
- Proficient in MS Office, particularly Excel (advanced skills in spreadsheets and data entry).
- Strong written and verbal communication skills (Arabic and English)
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in managing data and records.
- Ability to handle customer inquiries professionally and effectively.
