Job Summary
The Store Supervisor assists the Retail Area Supervisor in overseeing the daily operations of the store, ensuring that the team meets sales targets, delivers outstanding customer service, and adheres to merchandising and stock control standards. This role demands a commitment to excellence, flexibility, and integrity in driving the store's success in alignment with operational standards and brand values
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Achievement
• Achieve allocated sales targets through effective management of store resources.
• Collaborate with the sales team to implement high-performance sales techniques.
• Monitor sales metrics and adjust tactics to meet targets.
• Develop unique and creative ways to motivate the Sales Executives to provide exceptional service and exceed sales goals.
2. Customer Experience
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service.
• Handle and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
• Foster strong customer relationships to build loyalty.
3. Stock & Inventory Management
• Oversee the receipt of goods, ensuring accurate record-keeping and proper stock handling.
• Manage stock replenishment and prevent out-of-stock situations.
• Assist the Area Supervisor in preparing for regular inventory checks and stock counts.
4. Merchandising & Visual Standards
• Ensure the store meets visual merchandising guidelines, maintaining a clean, organized, and attractive store layout.
• Conduct daily store walkthroughs to monitor merchandising standards.
• Collaborate with the Area Supervisor to execute in-store promotions and displays.
5. Team Management
• Assist in preparing staff schedules and ensuring adequate store coverage.
• Ensure adherence to grooming and store etiquette standards for all staff.
• Provide frequent and scheduled training and support to staff, guiding their performance and ensuring alignment with store goals.

Qualifications
• Experience in retail store operations, with at least 2 years of supervisory experience. preferably in the lottery or a related industry.
• Proficiency in operational management and retail merchandising.
• Strong command of both English and Arabic is preferred. Experience in implementing new operational processes and technologies.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; a university degree is preferred.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Proven experience in sales, stock management, and customer service.
