Responsibilities
- Review and moderate user-generated content on various social media platforms to ensure compliance with community guidelines
- Engage with users by responding to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner
- Identify and escalate any inappropriate content or harmful behavior
- Analyze user interactions to gather insights that help improve community management and engagement
- Stay updated on brand guidelines and ensure consistency in all moderation activities
- Collaborate with team members to establish and implement best practices for content moderation
- Provide feedback on trends and user behavior to enhance community engagement and improve processes
Requirements
- Fluency in Spanish (both spoken and written) is required; knowledge of English is advantageous
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Familiarity with social media platforms and a strong understanding of moderation practices
- Detail-oriented with strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Professionalism in handling sensitive issues and providing constructive feedback
- Previous experience in content moderation, customer service, or a related field is preferred
- Self-motivated and able to thrive in a remote work environment with shifting priorities
