We are seeking for a highly skilled and motivated Business Analyst to join our Digital Banking team. This role is pivotal in enhancing digital banking services and optimizing customer experience. The ideal candidate will possess a strong analytical mindset, technical expertise and passion for innovation, to ensure a seamless and secure experience across web and mobile channels.
Responsibilities
- Analyze business requirements, prepare roadmaps and detailed reports to support decision-making, for improving digital banking services/products
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support digital banking projects from concept to implementation
- Monitor updates in digital banking regulations, identify potential risks and opportunities and ensure all digital banking solutions adhere to regulatory requirements
- Implement enhancements to improve efficiency, usability, and customer satisfaction
- Ensure a seamless and secure experience across web and mobile channels
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities in order to improve digital banking services/products
Requirements
- BSc in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field
- MSc in related field will be considered an asset
- 2-3 years of relevant professional experience preferably in the Financial Services sector
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Very strong analytical skills and problem solving mindset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
- Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
- Customer-oriented thinking
