TERNA ENERGY is seeking an enthusiastic:
IT Support Specialist to join its ICT Department
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing end-user hardware and software support, handling/ monitoring the overall system and network status, and communicating with hardware and service providers.
Essential Functions For The Role
- Monitor the company's system and network infrastructure via the established monitoring tool
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and support
- Escalate issues to internal or external second level support
- Follow end-user requests on the Helpdesk Portal
- Handle the communication with hardware and service providers to fulfill IT procurement requests
- Prepare monthly reports
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Information Systems, or similar
- Good knowledge of Windows configuration and administration
- Very good knowledge of Office 365 platform
- At least basic understanding of LAN & WAN networking
