Job Description
At ASOS, the Insight & Analytics team is all about unlocking the power of data to drive real value. We're tackling some of the biggest and most impactful questions and projects across Marketing, Customer and wider ASOS organisation where curiosity, high performance and continuous learning fuel our day to day life.
The workstreams we support regularly deliver tens of millions in profit, which will give you a direct exposure to the CMO and C-suite execs.
The Details
- Focused on furthering our understanding of the ASOS customer by translating data into action-oriented insight to drive profitable growth
- Profiling customer behaviour and demographics by market to help stakeholders understand their audience and plan activity accordingly
- Understanding different types of customer behaviour through building statistical models for segmentation and propensity analysis
- Supporting a test and learn approach, helping to define testing roadmaps, structuring tests, then drawing insight and recommendations from results
- Proactively bringing new ideas to the table relating to business questions, analytics approaches, datasets and ways of working
- Responding to ad hoc data requests whilst ensuring we are enabling the business to self-serve where possible
Qualifications
About You
- Knowledge of or a keen interest in Customer and Marketing Analytics
- Advanced Excel skills
- Good knowledge of SQL
- A passion for data analysis and problem solving
- A proactive approach and a curious mindset
- Quality, accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to work under own initiative, effectively prioritise workload and thrive in a fast-paced environment
- A love of collaboration with strong interpersonal skill
