The Role:
As our business continues to grow, we're excited to welcome a talented and creative digital designer to our team. This is an opportunity to create exceptional digital experiences for a diverse portfolio of clients across various industries.
We're looking for an ambitious designer with solid skills in UI and UX design, eager to develop and grow their expertise in a collaborative, ideas-driven environment. Your work will help elevate our projects, combining creativity and technical know-how to deliver engaging results.
You'll work closely with a talented team of creatives, strategists, developers, and project managers, contributing to a broad range of projects that challenge and grow your design skills. Requirements
Key Responsibilities:
- Create innovative digital communications, including websites, campaign assets, and other digital solutions that meet client objectives
- Develop user-focused design solutions in collaboration with the strategy team, ensuring alignment with client and business goals
- Collaborate with other designers, strategists, and developers and contribute to the team's creative process to maintain design integrity and elevate project outcomes
- Manage multiple design tasks simultaneously, ensuring projects are delivered on time and to the highest standards
- Stay up to date with design trends, tools, and best practices, contributing to a culture of creativity and innovation
- Work with senior team members to refine and execute design strategies, ensuring a cohesive approach to client projects
- Assist with R&D and knowledge sharing within the team, contributing insights and ideas for continuous improvement
What We're Looking For:
- Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign, After Effects), Figma, Sketch, and basic knowledge of HTML/CSS
- Strong skills in UI and UX design, including user flows, typography, layout, and creating engaging digital experiences
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality results and improve the overall creative process
- A strong eye for detail, ensuring work is accurate and meets both creative and technical standards
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to confidently present and explain design ideas and rationale to clients and peers
- A proactive mindset, ready to take on challenges and bring fresh ideas to the table
- A passion for continuous learning and professional development, with a commitment to growing your design skills and expertise

Starting Salary:
Circa £40-50k dependent on experience

Next steps:
Successful candidates can expect the following interview process:
W/C 2nd December: Initial 30min call with our Senior Operations Manager and a member from our Design Team.
W/C 9th December: A 1-1.5hr portfolio review with a member of our management team and Senior Designer. You will be given at least 3-days notice in preparation for this interview.
W/C 16th December: A final call with the team.
