We are looking for a skilled Payroll Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing all payroll activities, ensuring accurate processing, compliance, and maintaining employee satisfaction. You will work closely with HR and finance to support the company’s payroll processes.
What will I be doing?
- Accurately prepare and process payroll on a monthly basis including salaries, bonuses, overtime, deductions, and taxes.
- Stay up-to-date with relevant payroll regulations, labor laws, and tax laws to ensure compliance.
- Maintain payroll data by collecting, calculating, and entering data into payroll systems.
- Handle and resolve employee queries related to payroll, deductions, tax forms, and payments.
- Generate and submit payroll reports for review by management and government agencies as required.
- Verify the accuracy of payroll by reconciling payroll discrepancies.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelor’s degree ongoing/complete.
- Proven experience in payroll administration.
- Proficiency with payroll software and MS Office applications (particularly Excel).
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
- Ability to identify issues and resolve them efficiently.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Location: Dhobighat, Lalitpur
Timing: Sunday to Friday(9:30am -5:30 pm)
