Overview
The Junior Logistics Coordinator plays a crucial role in the organization by supporting the logistics team in managing the transportation and delivery of goods. This role ensures that products are efficiently and securely transported to their destinations, contributing to the overall success of the supply chain and customer satisfaction.
Job Description
- Preparation of shipping documents in compliance with the LC terms.
- Follow up with supplier and customer for the LC, shipment, and documents.
- Responsible for planning and tracking the shipment.
- Handle complains and give proper solution.
- Responsible for the preparation of appropriate and accurate logistics reports.
- Other duties as assigned.
Specification
- Should have minimum bachelor’s degree (preferably Management)
- Good written and communication skills in English
- Effective Teamwork skills
- L/C (Letter of Credit) knowledge is preferred.
- Basic Knowledge of MS office (word, excel, power point, outlook express)
- Should be able to work under pressure.
- Looking for a person who has logical thinking and good communication skill, who takes initiative to handle the job and is looking for a desk bound job.
