Role Description:
- Conduct market research to identify property trends, pricing, and demand in target areas.
- Analyze financial data, including income statements and budgets, to evaluate property performance.
- Prepare detailed reports on property valuations, cash flow forecasts, and investment potential.
- Support acquisition and disposition activities through data-driven recommendations.
- Monitor industry and economic trends affecting real estate markets.
- Assist in creating and maintaining property financial models.
- Evaluate risks and opportunities within investment portfolios.
- Collaborate with teams to inform strategic planning and decision-making.
Requirements:
- Must have 1 -2 years experience in UK Real Estate and investment role
- Bachelor’s degree in real estate, finance, economics, or a related field.
- Strong analytical skills, with proficiency in financial modeling and data analysis.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends and economic factors.
- Experience with Excel, financial software, and property management tools.
- Solid understanding of valuation methods and investment principles.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Attention to detail and accuracy in financial reporting.
- Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple projects efficiently..
