Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced and results-oriented Store Manager to lead our retail team and oversee the day-to-day operations of our store. The Store Manager will be responsible for ensuring excellent customer service, managing the store team, achieving sales targets, maintaining inventory control, and promoting an engaging work environment.
Responsibilities
- Set and execute sales performance goals to increase profitability
- Hire, train, and assess store employee's productivity and performance
- Maintain orderly, presentable appearance of the store
- Ensure inventory accuracy by managing stock levels, conducting regular counts, and minimizing shrinkage.
- Coordinate with the supply chain to maintain product availability and manage seasonal or promotional stock demands.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field (preferred).
- Experience in retail management, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets and driving team performance.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
