We are looking for a Receptionist to manage our front desk on a daily basis and to perform a variety of administrative and clerical tasks.
Key Responsibilities:
Greeting and directing visitors in person or on the phone
Answering or referring inquiries from customers, clients, or the public
Maintaining employee and department directories
Scheduling meetings, travel, and appointments for executives or customers
Sorting and delivering mail to employees
Performing clerical tasks such as filing, copying
High school diploma or general education degree (GED) required
Proficient in Microsoft Office
Strong phone skills
Demonstrated ability to read, write, and speak English
Comfortable multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks without guidance
Excellent interpersonal skills
Punctual with strong attendance history
Customer Engagement and Service: _Manage customer inquiries, orders, and concerns to ensure a positive and seamless shopping experience.
Uphold excellent customer service standards, addressing feedback and resolving issues promptly._
Requirements:
Languages: Good English
2 to 5 years of UAE experience and previous work in a similar concept or trade are mandatory.
