Role Overview
We are looking for a passionate
Legal Assistant to join our law firm in Dubai. Passion is a must. So is knowledge, and the below requirements. This is a full-time on-site role for a Legal Assistant at HPL Yamalova & Plewka DMCC located in Dubai.
The Legal Assistant will be responsible for various day-to-day legal tasks, including drafting memorandums, attending client meetings to gather information and provide support, and conducting legal research to assist the team. Additionally, this role will involve direct interaction with clients to address their inquiries and needs, as well as collaborating with attorneys and other legal staff to ensure efficient legal processes and support the development of legal strategies.
Qualifications
- Interest in the legal field, especially in the U.A.E. legal framework.
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills.
- Exceptional organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills and drafting skills, especially with correspondence.
- Great time management and efficiency.
- Excellent command of the English language.
- Initiative and independence, but also a strong team player.
- Bubbly personality and positive spirit.
- Candidate must be based in the U.A.E.
- Quick Learner.
- Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Visio, etc.
- Strong sense of right and wrong.
- Passion for learning.
- Sense of enthusiasm.
- Proactive.
- Tech-savvy with the ability to adapt quickly to new tools and software.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree (having a law or a related field would be an advantage).
- At least 2 years of U.A.E. corporate experience, as a legal assistant or in a similar role.
- Fluent English speaker, written and verbal.
