Our client is looking for an exceptional individual to join them as they enjoy an exciting period of growth.
The role will involve:
- Working alongside senior team members to originate, negotiate, structure and execute investment transactions and deliver corporate finance advice
- Evaluation of investment opportunities including market analysis, competitor reviews, preparation of cash flow and other financial models
- Preparation of memoranda, auxiliary analysis and documentation to support the investment decision
- Analysis and reporting on financial statements
- Contributing to investment discussions/strategy and developing content for strategic meetings with clients
- Maintaining and developing relationships with clients and potential clients
Requirements:
- 2-3 years’ experience of working in asset management, investment banking, or transaction services
- An excellent academic record – graduate or above
- Relevant professional qualification (e.g. ACA, CFA, CIMA, MBA)
- Ability to assess financial performance and valuation
- Ability to prepare written analysis efficiently
- Comfortable working flexibly in a small team in a high pressure, fast-moving environment
- Strong professional, interpersonal skills to be deal with management, advisers, and investors
- High levels of attention to detail and organisational skills
- Entrepreneurial outlook, with the ambition to be an important part of the business for the long term
