We are looking for a Team Lead Recruiter to lead the internal recruitment team for an International Business Consultancy
Tasks
- Managing and leading the internal team of recruiters by setting priorities and clear objectives.
- Overseeing client interactions, ensuring positive and efficient relationships.
- Handling internal and external conflicts related to the recruitment process.
- Motivating and mentoring the team, fostering their professional development.
- Participating in strategic decision-making to enhance team performance and efficiency.
- Ensuring an excellent experience for both candidates and clients.
Requirements
- At least 5 years of recruitment experience, including a minimum of 2 years leading teams.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and conflict resolution skills.
- Ability to work in dynamic environments and manage multiple priorities.
- Experience implementing innovative recruitment strategies.
- High level of English (preferred but not mandatory).
