The Role πΌ
The Creative Designer role at Zinc is ideal for someone with a passion for design, a strong creative eye, and a knack for turning ideas into impactful visuals. You'll play a central role in shaping Zinc's creative output, working closely with our marketing team to produce stunning digital assets while gaining valuable experience in a fast-paced startup environment.
As part of a growing team, you'll have the chance to make your mark, support key business initiatives, and hone your skills across a wide range of creative projects. With Zinc's expansion, there's plenty of room to grow. π±
π Your Day-to-Day ποΈ

Design marketing assets: Craft engaging visuals for social media, paid marketing campaigns, newsletters, and blogs.

Collaborate with teams: Work with the Head of Marketing and Digital Marketing Manager to create standout creatives for emails, ads, and blogs.

Create & edit videos: Add motion design magic to elevate social media content and campaigns.
ποΈ
Support branding initiatives: Help design materials for events, swag, and internal presentations, ensuring a consistent and polished brand look.

Assist the Creative Lead: Free up time for strategic projects by taking on a variety of creative tasks, both big and small.
Requirements

We appreciate the value of in person connection with colleagues and flexible working for our employees. We operate a hybrid model with 2 days a week in office, Mondays and Thursdays.

Salary - Β£32,000
This role requires at least 3 years of working in a design role in fast paced, agile environments with all-rounder experience. π€Ή

- Illustration skills: A bonus that helps bring an extra creative edge to projects
