Project Coordinator - Hydro Project

Take the overall responsibility and accountability for the project in all aspects.
Track progress and prepare status reports for management and stakeholders.
Serve as the primary point of contact between internal teams and external stakeholders, including contractors, engineers, local authorities, and environmental organizations.
Organize and participate in project meetings and ensure timely follow-up on action items.
Monitor project budgets and ensure efficient allocation of resources.
Assist in financial forecasting and reporting for the project.
Coordinate with procurement teams to ensure timely delivery of materials and services.
Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies.
Coordinate with the project team to address issues or bottlenecks that may arise during the project lifecycle.
Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and standards.
Facilitate the preparation of environmental impact assessments (EIAs) and necessary permits.
Work closely with government agencies to ensure all permits are obtained on time.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including civil engineers, environmental specialists, and project managers to develop comprehensive project plans.
Conceptualize and optimize the HM and EM tender level design for hydroelectric power generation systems, and float it to the HM/EM contractors and finalize the design.
Oversee the hydraulic and structural analysis to ensure the efficiency of hydro energy systems as provided by the concerned team.
Provide technical expertise and guidance to junior engineers and project teams.
Ensure that health and safety standards are adhered to during all phases of the project.
