Key Accountability:

Formulate and implement a comprehensive business plan for the Cash Van Unit, establishing clear strategies to meet business objectives.
Lead and manage the cash van sales team, providing clear objectives and conducting on-the-job training to enhance their performance in the market.
Oversee daily activities of cash van salesmen, tracking sales targets, brand objectives, and inventory loading to ensure performance aligns with company goals.
Regularly visit customers alongside the sales team to identify growth opportunities and ensure all accounts are effectively serviced.
Conduct daily sales meetings to review team performance, assess achievement of monthly targets, and adjust strategies, as necessary.
Monitor the collection of cash and credit payments, ensuring compliance with company credit terms and maintaining optimal stock levels for van loading.
Monitor cash van invoices (both credit and cash) and ensure timely collection of payments in alignment with company policies.
Follow up on stock levels to ensure adequate inventory is available for loading in the vans, preventing stockouts.
Inform the Divisional Manager of market activities and competitive pricing daily to aid strategic decision-making.

Experience, and Skills:

2 - 4 Years of experience in the same field
