Qualification: BSc. MSc. (Civil & Mechanical Engineering)
Experience: 3-5 Years of practical experience with large scale companies/projects
Key Responsibilities:
- Support project launching teams in successful implementation of Project System / Project Management Systems by facilitating in preparation of project plan as per defined structure as laid down in the Planning and Execution manual
- Support project launching team in preparation of initial budget in Project Systems / Project Management Systems
- Preparation of Forecasting related reports as laid down in the Planning and Execution manual
- Support project planning team by sharing cost and progress reports (i.e KPI, PSS etc.) to highlight increase in cost and budget overrun for controlling purposes as laid down in the Planning and Execution manual
- Provide feedback, analysis and comments on progress reports
- TO ensure regular review of project-wise cost and progress to identify gaps and budget overrun; areas of improvement and critical factors affecting cost and progress
- Arrange to train new and ongoing projects planning staff and resolve issues in smooth implementation of systems and support required in routine workings
- Executing scheduled audits as per guidelines provided by Manager Planning & Cost Control
- Prepare audit reports as per procedure; Review audit findings and discuss audit reports with Manager Planning & Cost Control to seek advice for discussion and reconciliation with project staff planning team
