To provide support to site manager to achieve project objectives and ensure that all necessary inputs (resources) are available on one hand to implement company’s systems for effective planning, scheduling, monitoring and controlling.
Responsibilities:
- Prepare schedules to purchase Bulk materials, Consumables, machines and Plants as per requirement(s).
- Controlling and reporting of Project and Level III plan, anticipate bottlenecks and highlight these to Site Manager.
- Ensure that Field Engineers effectively performing their functions of estimating BOM (Bill of Material) and BOQ (Bill of Quantity).
- Preparation of fabrication, installation drawings and providing clarification wherever required.
- Understand the projects chart of accounts and its mapping on to the company’s cost center and closely coordinate with Financial Controller in developing cost reports comparing cost vs. revenue on a cost center basis.
- Recommend improvements to departmental policy and direct the implementation of procedures and controls covering all areas
Minimum Qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree in Mechanical Engineering.
