Job Summary
The incumbent will be responsible for making plans, and procedures for maintaining and troubleshooting automated instrumentation in pharmaceutical machines & ancillaries.
Responsibilities
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and implementing new maintenance procedures.
- Conducting root cause analysis to determine the underlying cause of problems.
- Evaluating the operating demands of automation process control machines and creating the OPEX budget.
- Performing the upkeep, installation, adjustment, and restoration of various apparatus, process control computers, and electronic instruments.
- Guiding the team in advanced technical and project management skills.
- Having knowledge & ability to read and interpret system diagrams, schematics, code, and software to debug and optimize hardware systems.
- Preparing written reports of activities such as installation, qualifications & root cause analysis.
Qualifications
You should have/be:
- a bachelor's degree in engineering
- at least 6 to 10 years of experience
- sound knowledge of engineering fundamentals and the ability to read and interpret system diagrams, schematics, code, and software to debug and optimize hardware systems.
