HR Executive
Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and proactive HR Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing various HR functions including recruitment and employee relations. The HR Executive will play a crucial role in ensuring our company attracts, hires, and retains the best employees while growing a strong talent pipeline.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Source and identify suitable candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
- Screen resumes and applications to shortlist qualified candidates.
- Conduct initial phone interviews to assess candidate suitability.
- Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers.
- Assist with the onboarding process, including paperwork and orientation.
- Maintain accurate candidate records and update the applicant tracking system.
Knowledge, Skills, Abilities (KSA’s) Required to Successfully Perform the Job:
- Understanding of recruitment processes
- Proficiency in applicant tracking systems (ATS)
- Sourcing candidates using various methods
- Conducting effective interviews
- Reviewing resumes and applications

- Flexibility to adapt to changing hiring needs
- Knowledge of industry trends
Requirements
Education, Experience, Licensure, and Certification Required for the Position:
- 2-3 years of experience in recruitment or a related field
- Understanding of recruitment best practices and methodologies
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Proficient in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
