Order Management Specialist:
Job Description:
- Processing and managing customer orders from receipt to delivery.
- Coordinating with various departments such as sales, logistics, and finance to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Monitoring order status and resolving any issues or discrepancies.
- Maintaining accurate records of orders, shipments, and inventory levels.
- Communicating with customers to provide updates on order status and address any inquiries or concerns.
- Generating reports and analyzing order data to identify trends and improve processes.
Minimum Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
- Minimum 1-2 year proven experience in order management, customer service, or a similar role.
- Excellent communication skills in English (Arabic an advantage) and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and order management software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
- Attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience with ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle.
- Knowledge of inventory management and logistics.
- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms and order processing.
- Certification in supply chain management or a related field.
- Fluency in English.
