Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Office Administrator at Alef Centre in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Office Administrator will be responsible for performing day-to-day administrative tasks, scheduling, managing office equipment, communicating with clients, providing excellent customer service, handling files and various office administration duties and marketing.
Qualifications
- Administrative Assistance and Office Administration skills
- Fluent in Arabic and English is a must.
- Proficiency in handling office equipment
- Excellent communication skills
- Strong customer service skills
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks
- Attention to detail and organizational skills
- Knowledge of MS Office and other relevant software
- Experience in a similar role is a plus
