Responsibilities
Planning:
- Collaborate with industry experts to develop products for the Indian and emerging markets.
- Create detailed itineraries that ensure a seamless and enjoyable experience for clients.
- Identify and partner with suitable accommodations, transportation, and activity providers.
- Set and achieve sales targets.
Client And Tour Management
- Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
- Facilitate group activities and foster a positive, engaging atmosphere.
- Provide insightful commentary and historical context throughout the tour.
- Manage tour operations and group finances while maintaining high service efficiency.
- Handle unforeseen challenges or emergencies with professionalism.
- Collaborate on sales, marketing, and promotional activities.
- Gather client feedback to enhance services.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Tour Leader, Operations Manager, Business Development professional, or similar role.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Fluency in English and Hindi.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- In-depth knowledge of local culture, history, and attractions.
- Proficiency in relevant software (e.g., booking systems, spreadsheets).
